Please don't buy your plane ticket from Zenith travel.

Last week, 1 day before my flight was scheduled they emailed me in the evening saying that a mistake was made and my ticket was canceled. Then, they wanted me to give them 1.5mil to buy a new ticket and they'd give me the money back when I'd return from vacation.

That immediately rang my alarm bells and I gave them no extra money. In turn I called them every 30 minutes, yelled at them, threatened them with the police to make sure they would take care of the situation and get me on another fight.

It was a terrible experience. A horrible way to start my vacation.

I made sure all my friends knew about this and didn't buy from them any more, but i just found out that they just did the same thing to another friend who had bought her tickets a few months ago.

PLEASe!!!!!!

Be careful.


They are not worth the hassle. Go to another agency, there are plenty of them.

If anyone has any questions, or would like to see the correspondence and how I got those bastards to get me the ticket, just post here or message me.

I always just use the internet, with the sites being from my home country.

Zenith was my go-to agency for several years & they always came through with good deals. Towards the end of my dealings with them there was a definite haphazardness. Seems like they lost it.

expedia.com always works wonders for me~I'd recommend them if you're looking to buy a ticket.
