Normally I would be annoyed at someone trying to promote their own site here, but I have to say your site is pretty genius.
...edit... except that you need to carry full sized sheets. ;0) |

Most teachers come from countries with 110v power, so you might want to emphasize that a bit more.
Also the WA-9 three prong plug adapters would be a better choice as they also accept 2 prongs. I'm not sure people bring over many things 2-pronged these days.
but otherwise, this is a good idea, very helpful |

Just thought I throw in my 2 cents if it's of any help.
1) Check the voltage: most electronics can run on 100 - 240 volts 50/60 Hertz.
If the this is the case a simple convert that goes over the foreign plugs and has the Korean plugs on the other side should do the case. shouldn't be more than a few hundred won. your local hardware store should have some. I went to Yongsan and bought a few a long time ago.
If it's for a computer or similar device that uses a power brick one end of the power cord should be detachable replace that end with one that has the Korean plugs. Just go to a computer store or himart should have what you need.
2) If your device only runs on 110 voltage your going to need a transformer to lower the voltage. Should be about 30 or 40 thousand won go to an emart or himart they should have them. |
