I have 6 not-so-heavy, medium-sized boxes that I need to take to the post office tomorrow morning to mail back home. It's not that far (about a 10-minute walk downhill) but with all this rain, I'd like to do it all in one shot without getting them too wet.
That being said, if you have a car and can spare about 5-10 minutes of your time tomorrow morning around 9am (Friday) to drive me and these boxes from the upper part of Haebangchon to the post office down by Noksapyoung station, I will be ever so grateful and give you 20,000won. Thanks in advance!! |

If only you lived in a country where taxis are cheap and plentiful. . . |

I'm quite aware of the cheap taxis. I've been here for nearly 5 years. But dealing with soggy boxes in the rain? No thanks. |

Okay, on a serious note here's what I would do:
1. Put the boxes in garbage bags so they don't get wet.
2. Call for a minivan taxi. They will load and unload your boxes for you. |

Thanks for the suggestion! You probably know that Korean garbage bags aren't exactly Hefty quality or size but I'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind (it would be the money-saving option) and try to scrounge around to find some bags that will fit over the boxes. ^^ |

I think the post office by Noksapyoung was torn down. Maybe you should go to the one in Itaewon across from McDonalds. |
