Can you recommend a good sauce for mandu? The kind of flavor that you get when you buy mandu off the street.
Post the brand name or generic name in Korean if you know it. |

you need "jin" ganjang.
it's basically the same soy sauce as seen in chinese food. used for mandu and the like.
careful with soy sauce purchases. you can get some pretty wild stuff. |
