Anyone have experience of living in any of these provinces for EPIK jobs and which is most likely to be in or close to big cities ??

You've chosen the three most sparsely populated provinces. If you mean close by 'distance' then it's Chungju, Chungbuk. If you mean close by 'time' then it's Chuncheun, Kangwondo.

I didnt choose any of these provinces, these are the 3 that were offered to me from EPIK the other day because they dithered around for too long deciding whether my TEFL certificate was acceptable in Spanish with a letter of recomendation in English from the same school.

I hate to be annoying but how is this thread different from the other thread that you started about living in one of these 3 areas?

Its not different but i realised after the first one that maybe I had put a title that maybe would not get a response. So i did another one with a different title. I dont have some kind of strange obsession with this subject matter if thats what you were thinking. Is that ok with you or not ?

No it's not ok with me. Thanks for asking though, I really appreciate it. Wink

Is this also your excuse for starting another similar thread:

I'm not stalking you by the way, it's just that you've started these similar threads so recently, that they're easy to point out.

I hate to tell you this [well, maybe not Surprised ] but you can in fact change the title of an existing thread fairly easily. You just use the 'edit' feature on your posting.

They allow you to do that so, you know, the forum doesn't get jammed up with say a half-dozen threads all about the same basic subject or question from the same user. This type of thing often tends to irritate people like shastahoosier and myself, who might in normal circumstances wish to help you but now just find you tiresome.

It is in your own interest to stop doing this and focus your efforts on 1 thread, if you still hope to actually get any answers or responses besides ones like this one.

To be honest I find you tiresome, if this kind of thing annoys you in anyway and motivates you to complain about it on a public forum then you lead a very sad and pathetic life and your help will be of little value to me... Go and find something important to complain about

this one is very different as you will see it only refers to one of the provinces mentioned in the original...Wow I had read about people like you two on here now I think I am going to leave because frankly if the best way you can fill your time is by complaining about what other people write then you have serious problems..Here is a though why not just ignore my messages then they might not annoy you so much Smile

What's slightly annoying is that you arent grateful enough to thank someone who just gave you some useful information that could save you time in the future. (Modernist)

What's very annoying is that not only are you ungrateful, and lazy (as in all you have to do is change a previous thread title, or take the time to come up with an accurate thread the first time), but you're also rude.

You're right...whatever information I have to give will be of little value to you, and I will take your advice and ignore your questions from now on.

Shocked
"Very different"?

Can you tell me the difference between these two questions:
"What is living in Florida, Ohio, or Oregon like?" and "What is living in Florida like?"

If you already mentioned a province in your original post, then you dont need to make a new post mentioning it again - unless you have more specific questions....but we've already established that you're too lazy to take the time to think about what you actually need to ask.

Sorry but we were actually both being pretty nice to you. People who repost the same questions over and over again (and you did) tend to get ignored.

There are people on here who will really rip you one. Those are the people that you read about. You'll probably run into them soon.

Apology accepted, thats good if you were being nice to me and yes I am grateful for the information but I just dont see how that can annoy you in any way. I could get into a discussion about how it was different but to be honest I have more important things to do, must be my laziness shining through yet again.
