Some of you may recall the Piggy Dolls emerging into the Kpop scene this past January with their album, Piggy Style. Their song, "Trend" was all about reinforcing personal style and feeling beautiful at any size. I figured they dropped off the Kpop landscape after the song didn't infect as well. Turns out, they were just busy dieting.
I figured the regular/chubby girls were losing weight from the dancing alone. Not 100% what makes them "piggy" now or different in any way from any other pre-fab pop group. I know the weight was a gimmick, but at least it was different.
Although I do think the heaviest girl is probably doing a lot better and she looks healthy.
