Hard to find Ball games on the tele here in English. Plus they happen in the morning do to the time difference. You'll catch redsox games on Korean tele about once a week or so. Afn plays games on Wednesday morning and Sat morning too. But you'll have to wait about a month for that to start.

AFN DOESN'T show games on Weds AM. Weekdays are generally no go for sports on AFN unless its the finals etc. They will show games on Sat and Sun AMs and maybe late nites on Sun and Mon (like 3AM). Right now though don't expect much baseball as the NBA playoffs and some hockey will be shown.
There are like 3 Korean channels that will show games MBC/ESPN, KBS Sky Sports and SBS Sports. If you get BS 1 out of Japan they show almost every Yankee game they are by far the best channel for baseball here in asia. MBC/ESPN will show this weekends Yankee/Red Sox series, saw it advetised this morning. |

| Am I the only person that thinks BK is getting a bad rap? The guy only ever wants to sleep (as confirmed by his teammates) and yet he has Boston fans (just as rabid as Yankee fans) and Korean paparazzi on his tail 24/7... I'd get a little pissed off too. Who hasn't broken something out of anger or flipped the bird? |

Sure they do Rudy. The Tues or Wednesday night Espn game (crap maybe its Thursday here) Just have to wait till the playoffs for Hockey and Bball go through a couple rounds and thin out. I've been watching the morning games for the past 5 years. Just have patience guys.
There are 2 other solutions. Go to MLB.com and buy one of there internet packages. One gives you all the radio broadcasts. Listen in English watch in KOrean. THe downside is that the IR is about 8-12 seconds behind. The othere option is to buy the rights to watch all the games. It was $20 a month last year. You can watch live or after. Think its still available.

maybe AFN Sports mankind but not the regular AFN channel which most of us get. Trust me every weekday at 8AM is Seseme Street, 9AM some kiddie shows, 10 A Dr Phil, 11 Oprah,. I don't work until 3 and know this for sure. The only times these shows ain't on is when the Super Bowl, NCAA finals, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, the BCS games and the World Series.
Heck I had to pay $9.95 for the NCAA tournament games becuase they wouldn't show games that were played after 8AM Friday because of these programs |
