| It was a filipino who was identified by a korean. There will be little backlash against us. Now if he was white, we'd all have to go through a second round of background checks and lineups. lol |
How did he own a hagwon? |
This is what I would like to know. I'm a Korean American. I've been here for a while. I am no where close to having enough capital to open a hagwon, let alone one in Apgujeong. |

He was a Korean-American posing as A KOREAN CITIZEN. THAT'S how he was able to own a hogwon and get all the benefits of a Korean citizen. This case has nothing to do with F4 or E2 Visas. |
