Ummmm...... Irish chef? Are you trolling? Which succulent Irish culinary creation are you salivating for? |

Do you mean a chef who can cook Irish food, or an Irish person who works as a chef? |

I'm looking for an executive or sous chef, perhaps one who works at a Seoul hotel. I'm sure any good professional chef can do their research and put together some good Irish dishes, but I'd prefer to find an Irish PERSON who is a chef.
The chef would be hired temporarily to be a food/menu consultant for a newly-opening Irish pub. |

dude, any British person or someone from the colonies will do.
you don't have to be 100% Irish in the kitchen.
unless you want to serve Boxty, colcannon and Coddle.
but if you are. wow...

I once worked at an "Irish" restaurant in Cambridge, MA that sold Celtic Nachos. |

I'm a qualified chef from Ireland. I haven't worked in a restaurant in a few years. I've been involved in setting up a number of restaurants in the past. Not looking for a job, but would be glad to help out. |
