Simple enough, I guess..
I'm thinking about either bringing my UK PS3 with me or buying a new one when I get there.. How much are they going for from Homeplus, etc?
Bringing the old one would mean losing ~5kg of luggage allowance.. Buying a new one when I arrive would mean an outlay when I land..
I'm torn.. Like Natalie Imbruglia in that horrible, horrible song.. |

Wherebaouts in Korea will you be?
You can buy used ones for around 300,000 - if you look in the buy/sell/trade thread then you ight even find a good bundle deal from someone leaving.
PS3's are pretty solid machines, i had no qualms about buying mine used. I if you buy a slim model, itll be a tank. |

I'm going ot be in Gwangju this time around..
Still thinking about packing my PS3, but I'll have to see how the miserable UK baggage allowance goes.
Speaking of which, I just noticed your user name.. Tealeeds1? You're not *from* Leeds, are you? |

| FYI, there was an announcement that Sony is cutting the price by $50 in the USA. You probably saw that in the news yesterday, though. I'm guessing they would be reduced elsewhere, too. |

| throw it in ur carry-on/backpack. a new one is likely going to cost u around 400,000won here. do u really need two ps3's? the answer might b "yes" for a 360(with all the different regions), but if ur mainly using it for games, why waste the money? i know u guys have about half the weight allowance that NA has, but arent u allowed to bring a bag on-board? |

| I think the carry-on allowance is something like ~7kg.. Guess that'd leave just about enough room for my in-flight entertainment.. |
