Who would put stock in an article from Cracked magazine?

Apparently some people do just that.

I think you guys are missing the point. It's not saying that if you move to Korea you will definitely, without a doubt, get spat on. It's saying that citizens of other countries will not necessarily greet you with open arms just because you're American/Western. It's just providing an example to show that xenophobia exists everywhere, not just in SmallTown USA.

Also, it's a comedy site. If you're just discovering that comedians often exaggerate for affect then I feel somewhat sorry for you. Just don't go over to the Onion and come here to list their inaccuracies, please.

I'm sure we know it's a comedy site, but the writer stated certain things as though they were facts, some with links. So it can be misleading to say something like "it's not uncommon to be spat on" without any backup. I didn't disagree with much in the article, but that was simply incorrect.

Laughing Laughing Laughing

This comment made me laugh more than the entire article...and I thought that the article was quite funny. I've even posted it to my facebook page.

I seem to be obsessed with facebook, but I'm even more obsessed with Craftster.org going so far as to give that site some money...Dave's...not so much, but thanks for the entertainment today!
