From understanding of the EPIK contract I see that the man should get
-The Renewal bonus which is his travel money
and
-The severance pay for completing the current contract or Term of Employment
The Employee shall be entitled to severance pay according to the standard formula set out by
the Ministry of Labor (equivalent to approximately one month's salary), upon successful
completion of the duties set out herein for the entire Term of Employment. |

The renewal bonus is NOT the travel money. The renewal bonus is for re-signing with your school. The travel money is for when you LEAVE the school. |

Yes I understand just saying the renewal bonus can be his flight money.
but I am also saying he should get his renewal and his Severance for completing his contract |

| Yes, he should get renewal money (2 million won) and severance (an extra month of salary after having completed his year.) He does not also get flight money (that is for entrance or exit only.) |
