So, I stand to be corrected, am I correct in assuming the documents I need for a visa are:
1. A police check (ACRO)
2. Degree Cert (presumably if you have a Masters you don't need the Bachelor certs apostiled?)
3. Health Check
4. Passport with 6 months
(All apostiled)
I'm trying to get all my documents in order so when the right job arrives I'm in a place to accept immediately. Is there anything I've left off?
Also where does one get the health check - Korea or UK?
Many thanks in advance,

You need sealed transcripts from your university too. 3 of them. |

I can only assume you are talking about an E2 visa (rules are different for different visas).
1) police check with apostille
2) certified true copy of your bachelors degree with an apostille. Masters is not relevant to immigration - they don't care for an E2. If you use your original degree you WILL lose it. Immigration will NOT return the application documents.
3) health check (self filled in form for the application) - apostille not required. Actual medical check AFTER arrival in Korea.
4) Passport with a minimum of 1 year validity remaining (for a 1 year visa).
5) resume
6) passport type photos

You don't need an ACRO, get the Disclosure Scotland Basic Disclosure, it covers all the UK and is cheap and comes within 2 weeks (I got mine within 4 days). |

That's no longer a necessity. It's dependent on what kind of job you're after. |

Would three MSc transcripts suffice if my BSc was used for the visa? I switched uni's halfway through so my transcript makes it look like I have done 1 year to get a BSc... Sigh. |
