| So are public schools' funding still getting taken away? I assume this will make it much tougher to get into Korea next year. |

only public schools in certain provinces (e.g. Gyeongi, where English has never been an important subject)
other provinces are fine
also, hagwons are as needy as ever, so no shortage of jobs here |
