that's for 2 bags dude. (of 10 lbs each)
Yes, they've raised the prices, but only 4K won for 2, and 8K for one.

The best site I found for supplements is www.iherb.com
They have very competitive prices on a wide variety of supplements. They can't be beat on shipping. They offer express delivery to South Korea through CJ Shipping at incredibly low prices (my last order was close to 8 pounds and shipping was just 14$). The only problem is that Korean Customs limits what you can import to 6 bottles of a value of 100$ or less.

Use the following code for a 5$ discount on your first order: KOL914

Thanks for all the helpful info! I can't wait for my order from iherb to arrive!!! (Okay shameless plug here- use my code AJO567 for $5 off your first order!) Now this is being a bit overly needy.. but has anyone had luck with ordering sugarfree gum from Western companies? There's some really amazing dessert flavored gums out there (key lime pie!!) and I don't really want to pay the high shipping rates that Amazon has quoted.. I know I should be adapting more, but I don't really like the xylitol gum here.. any suggestions, other than a care package?

If you want to order more than 6 items, use USPS airmail. Shipping costs are $4 - 6. The catch is that your order cannot weigh more than 6lbs and shipping wait is around 2 weeks.

I don't work for iHerb, but as an athlete myself, I've studied sport nutrition and order from iHerb pretty regularly. PM me if you have any product questions.

Here's a link for your. You should get the coupon (KOL914) discounts automatically if you shop using this code. If it doesn't work, enter the above code at checkout.

Nobody ever talks about working out their neck.

My arms are getting big, chest, legs, no problem. How do I massive up my neck like just +10%? I have no ideas.

Pick up Olympic wrestling or do shoulder shrugs (uses straps around your wrists since your can lift a lot heavier than your hands and forearms can support). For example, I typically do 80-200kg loaded on a barbell (start lighter than that or you'll get injured. I've been lifting for over 20 years so my joints and muscles are accustomed to that kind of weight), about 100kg being the heaviest I could hold on to for 10 reps without the straps. Best are dumbells, but there aren't any heavy enough at the gym near my home.
