... to the FBI? Do I just send in the prints directly to the FBI, or do I need to get them notarized here in Korea before I send them to the FBI???

You get your fingerprints taken on the official FBI form and then mail them. No notarizing needed.

How are you suppose to notarize fingerprints anyway? Just curious.
