Make sure the University is recognized and accredited anyway, this will avoid you unecessary surprises down the road. Odds are it will not be a problem but its better to check just in case.
I know a couple of people from Canada who ran into some trouble with BAs earned via distance Ed. The issue was not the quality of the educaiton they got (it was pretty darn good) but how the insitution was perceived and where it was accredited. One person was issued a visa after providing extra paperwork and another was flat out denied.
