Is there any word or words that can describe a female friend without saying girlfriend?
If I say, "She is my girlfriend" this is understood romantically/sexually. If I say, "My friend is coming over" and a girl appears I am questioned why I didn't say from the beginning that she is a girl. It seems I always have to say something like, "She's not my 'girlfriend'...she's JUST a friend".

If they didn't come with benefits then they wouldn't really be friends.

If I said she is my student people that know me would suspect she is my girlfriend. If I say that she is ugly they might think she is my girlfriend because I trash talk women all the time.

in korea if a female is coming over to your place she's understood to be your girlfriend no matter what you say to people. trying to fluff it by saying "oh she's just a poor teenage peasant girl i found begging for crumbs on the street. i decided to take her in and feed her" will only insult their intelligence.

especially because i'm sure they know what you meant to say was:

"oh she's just a poor teenage peasant girl i found begging for crumbs on the street. i decided to take her in and feed her after i had my way with her."

But you can't come out and be so direct with what is really going on. That would actually be worse. Euphemisms and sugar-coating are necessary. Yes they know what is really happening but to come across so.....truthfully is rather brash.

Haha is that related to "그냥 엔조이" (not sure if I spelled that correctly; in English it means "just enjoy", or as we say in English, "friend with benefits").
