Time and Place
2 to 4pm, Saturday Sept 10th at ICA Church Jamwong Dong #57-1, Daelim Sanga 2-210 Seoul,
Directions
ICA Jamwong Dong #57-1, Daelim Sanga 2-210 Seoul. Take line 3 to Jamwon station and then go out exit 4. Walk straight for 50 meters and at the road junction turn left. Walk 150m and you will see a building on the right with various stores in it. ICA church is on the 2nd floor.
Info
It's open to women's, men's, baby, and children's clothes as well as other items, such as shoes, purses, belts, etc. A great way to clean out your closets, get new things, meet new people, and donate items to charity. Men's and women's clothes, shoes, and accessories are welcome. We also have a baby and kids' clothing swap here, http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_151729844899047
Basically you bring your stuff and in return can get other things for free. Any leftovers items are donated to charity. We've donated to the Beautiful Store, Teen Challenge, and sent boxes to Sierre Leone, Africa.
Food and drink
Since ICA is so generous to provide us with space as well as food and drinks, I think that we should try to reciprocate. The first swap we had required us to buy food and clothing swap usually require a donation to help cover the costs. I though that we could either donate a bit (maybe 3000 or 5000 won, which is basically what a coffee would cost you) towards the cost of food and drinks. OR, bring our own food and drinks to share. The church is close to lots of things, There is a Kim's club which is a 5 minute walk away. GS market down stairs and a Crown Bakery. There is are some other stores not far away all within 5 min walking distance. If we did that, I think it would help out a lot.
We will have plenty of space to hang out. See you there! |

It's absolutely fantastic, people show up with suitcases. Just be careful! I've left a couple times with more stuff than I brought |

Thanks to everyone who showed up. This time there were more kids' and baby clothes than adults. We'll be shipping some boxes to Cambodia soon. |
