| Hello. I came here last year this time of year and only had a state level CBC. My school is sponsoring my E2 again for part time work. Will I need a nationwide CBC for the renewal? I thought I saw somewhere renewing people would need to provide a nationwide check at some point in time. Ttompatz I'm in need of your guidance. Thank you. |

| Yeah, probably. I'm submitting my national CBC soon in anticipation of renewing in February. I work for EPIK. |

Came in last year (2010), extending this year at the same job, state CBC had an apostille, then you are good for now. You can extend this year (2011) without worry. Next year (2012) if you decide to stay you will need a new FBI check.
