So my friend is soon to be coming to South korea, although an interesting scenario has arisen.
The bare bones of it is--->She sent all of her documents to an employer who she came to terms with. The employer, a private academy, gave her stuff to immigration in order to obtain the visa issuance number. As of today, she was offered a job in a more desirable location. Does she have to send another apostilled background check to the new employer, or will the one that immi already has be on their record. Basically, she wants to know if she has to apostille another document or not. Any insights guys? |

Her current employer will soon have her visa issuance number. This will remain valid for 90 days - if I remember correctly. If she does not honor her contract for this current job, she will have to wait for her current visa issuance number to expire - 3 months - before she can apply for any new job.
Three months after she gets her current V.I.N. she can then send in new documents for a different position.
It seems likely that since she never came to Korea, and she will have been in her home country for more than 3 months before reapplying, she will probably need all new documents as well. Since she will have to wait 3 months to apply, she will have time to get the new documents, although it also seems likely that her new dream job will be fillled before she is eligible to accept it. |
