About the Visa at Immigration...I have all of my documents and information needed. But my criminal record check expires September 16 according to the 6 month rule because I got it March 16. I haven't been to the US in 4-5 years and have my passport and other countries criminal record checks to cover that time. How would immigration handle my expiration?

They would say to you that if your docs are not submitted by September 16th then you NEED to get a new Criminal Background Check.

Submit it once, even if you're not applying for a new visa necessarily.

Then as long as you do not leave the country for more than 3 months you will not need to provide new documentation for a new visa.
