hi there,
i've just started buying coffee beans and getting them ground. but i need help with some korean so i can get the right grind (first time went well, but second time not so much). does anyone know the korean for the following:
coarse grind
medium grind
fine grind
superfine grind

Maybe tell them what kind of coffee maker you'll be using? It's worked for me as most know the names. |

You sound like such a coffee snob, I love it. but anyway I use Google translation a lot, like for everything. My bank, doctor and dentist have all been very impressed with the sheets of paper I've handed them with Google translation.  |

A real coffee snob grinds his or her own right before brewing. A French Press gives you the full flavor of the bean and the beans should be ground rather coursely for this method. Water at 100 degrees Celsius, Brew for 4 minutes before pressing the plunger down. |

100 degrees? Blasphemy!
To the OP, I doubt normal stores have such a large variation of coarseness. If it's that important for you I would also suggest you buy your own grinder as it will make a bigger difference. |
