I have an interview with smoe..

I have already done a year in korea working in a hagwon..
and after i go home to my family i plan to come back to korea to travel before teaching with smoe..

What i want to know is..that because i am already in korea..
Will i have to do a visa run..and will smoe pay for it or will i have too..
..I need to know how much i need to put aside..:/
