Anyone? Looking for something free, or if that's not realistic, then cheap. As close to central Seoul as possible, and with weekday evening hours.

while i can't directly help you i do know many of the nicer apartment complexes have badminton courts that no one uses. you could always scope one of those out if you have trouble finding a free court.
