I have searched for 1.5 hours and cannot find a definite answer to this question:

I am from New Zealand.
I have completed a 12 month contract (hagwon) on E2 Visa.
I will leave Korea for 2 months.
After 2 months I will apply for a new E2 (at a different hagwon).

Do I need: new apostilled CBC and new apostilled degree?

I heard that if I leave Korea for less than 3 months I don't need to supply these again.

That is what I have heard. I have high hopes of a database, with previously submitted information on file.

But there can't be many people who have gone through renewing or changing sponsor under the new regulations just yet... as they are barely a year old.

My friend (American) couldn't be bothered with all that so she asked her school to extend her visa for 7 weeks. She had already lined up a new job and when she was back in the states on holiday she didn't need to do anything. She returned still on her first visa, went to her new school and they simply transferred her visa over. Not saying this will work for everyone but for her, was soooo simple. You should ask your new employer, if you have one?
