I'm not going to finish watching that video but the answer is yes, and he'd probably be a good hagwon teacher (no sarcasm).

If he actually has those degrees, then yeah, he is qualified. He certainly looks likes some of the guys I have interviewed in the past, and speaks as well as many of them (which is a left-handed compliment).

Blood shot eyes with dark circles.

Jittery. Rambling. Inconsistent speech patterns.

Emotional ups and downs.

So you think a crack and/or heroin addict is fit for Korea?

Basically the only requirement is that you have a college degree. So I would say yes.

Hell no. He is not qualified.
You guys want a drug addict teaching your kids?
Obviously just off the crank/crack train. Don't know why
the interviewer doesn't catch on to this. Maybe she does.

Also has that, like, ya know, self-entitled, like attitude that, like,
really doesn't scream 'I am a hard and dedicated worker'.
If someone is used to getting handouts and making it ok,
why would they move on to something different?

No one with a college degree is unemployed because of the economy. Anyone with a college degree can find something, somewhere in the world, if they're willing/able to put themselves out there.

Wrong. Among other things, you also have to pass the drug test, which it looks like that guy would have trouble doing.
