| If you have a previous E2, but it was for TaLK (which didn't require a completed degree, just transcripts, CRC, etc) would you need to apply at your home embassy? |

| Probably not, you would more likely have to get all those documents and new criminal background check (according to the rules) for your next E2 or transfer. |
