Hey all, I have a quick emergency question. I fly out of Incheon international airport on Thursday morning, for England. (9 AM flight.) What's the best way to get from the Yonsei university area to Incheon? Is there a convenient bus terminal that offers really early-morning passages, or can I take the subway? I'm a bit concerned since I should probably get there by 7 or so, which means leaving at 6 AM. Thanks!!

You can catch the airport train from Hongdae.

The subway is about 4,000 won from Hongdae. The bus is about 9,000 won but it's hard to recommend which bus to take since I don't know exactly where you are.

Assuming you don't live within easy walking distance to Hongdae station, I would suggest getting a taxi to the airport subway line at Hongdae station exits 3 or 4 (otherwise it's a fairly long walk to the airport line). They are just south of Donggyo-dong samgeori, which is where the road from Sinchon to Hongdae turns left.

You can see the timetable here: http://english.arex.or.kr/jsp/eng/index.jsp. It takes about 40 minutes from Hongdae to the airport so if you get the 6.17 train you should be fine.

You can also catch the airport bus (#6011) in front of Yonsei's main gate at the bus stop on the traffic island to the right of the gate (if you were walking out of Yonsei campus). It comes every 20-30 minutes. Takes maybe 45 minutes max from Yonsei campus. Leaving at 6am there would be just fine too.
