Does anyone know where I can get some other than ordering it off the internet? |
I ordered whey protein from iherb.com last month .. got it delivered in less than two weeks.
You may use discount code MUK648 which will save you $5 off your first purchase.

you can buy crap quality and overpriced protein at emart's gnc station. or you can buy a crap quality korean brand at costco. i've also seen muscle milk sold at a foreign goods mart at sinchon station. forgot which exit. but it's near the exit. you're honestly better off buying it online. |

speedns.co.kr is same same.

My coteacher just got me some protein powder. I gave her cash, she used her Korean CC, problem solved. |

ok, he can come to my gym then, and buy overpriced, crappy lower quality korean brand "egg protein" and "chicken protein" blends for double the price.
crappy high Korean price to begin with plus gym owner/middleman add on.
available in any serious Korean gym near you.
enjoy getting reamed. |

you can get protein in the namdaemun foreign goods market. i didn't see muscle milk there last time, but they had a fair amount of brands and for a decent price. i'm actually planning on going back sometime this week bcuz i ran out a few weeks ago. i paid 60K for 5lbs of protein, which is about standard back home.
sadly, last time i went i didn't see any muscle milk. |

I'm in Anyang, right in front of the Anyang Art Park (안양예술공원). There's a place right down the street where they sell Weider's along with a handful of other brands. If you don't want to order online and are in reasonable travelling distance, you might give it a look. If so, let me know and I'll see about getting the street address for you. |

Today I got a 6.1 lb jug of GNC Pro Performance Mass XXX at the Lotte Department Store by the Konkuk University Station for 95,000 won.
It was really expensive but I was kind of desperate. I went to Dongdaemun and Namdaemun over the Chuseok break and wasn't able to find any protein. I also didn't want to deal with ordering online and shipping.
I got the GNC membership too which gives me 20% discount for a year. She also threw in a protein shaker and a thing of chewable vitamin C. |

yeah gnc is horrible quality. i would return it if i were you.
if you're looking for a good whey protein, look at the sodium levels. if it's higher than 55mg than the quality isn't as good and means that the protein has been denatured. ON isn't as good people think even though it has been rated best protein. it just tastes better than other brands.
dymatize nutrition makes a good whey protein. |
