| I am trying to get a smartphone without paying a deposit. What is the best company for this, or the cheapest smartphone company at the moment? |

The ONLY company who will allow an E2 holder to get a phone without a deposit is LG. They do however want your bank information and you need to have your ARC and there used to be (don't know if there still is) a 6 month minimum residence prior to the contract.
The other alternative is to get your school or a Korean friend to get it for you (in their name).

| KT will let you have an iPhone without a deposit if you have a credit card |
