it should be self apparent.
They're hot beyond anything you will ever commonly find in the continental US (of sure, comparable quality exists, but only for the Derek Jeters of the world and far far far less commonplace)
these women are in their 20's, some a little older up to early 30's.
The guys in question are in their 40's, so they're not complaining 
Russian chicks have a big thing for Paris in particular. They adore Paris (as many/most women do), but Russians even more so. It's always been considered the cultural capital of Europe throughout Eastern Europe.
budget flights now abound in Europe. Taking a trip yourself or funding one for someone isn't an issue.
For the French guy in particular, who keeps himself in good physical shape, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. |

wrong.
last time I checked the Dutch are Western Europeans and their women tend to be Amazons (average tallest nation on Earth) |

Maybe.
Canada is populated by a huge migration of English and some French. Don't know about Dutch, but South African girls (Dutch descendants) don't seem like Amazons, just more athletic  |
