Hello all, I'm new to this club and have a question about recruiters: Can I use multiple recruiters to help with a job placement? Or am I only allowed to use one. I've been told that I can't use multiple recruiters because if a school sees my resume more than once, it will simply toss mine in the trash. Thanks to all the seasoned vets for your sage advice! |

Seems like this was posted not long ago almost word for word.
Anyway, use as many recruiters as you can/want. The school doesn't give a crap if they see your resume more than once. The first time they see it they will decide if they want you or not.
The way the market is at the moment you are going to need to use as many recruiters as possible unless you're a 23 year old female blond model. |

Its probably best to use as many as possible. Say if one school actually disregard your resume, I doubt it though, if you're highly qualified, it would be tough to put your resumeon the side. Also, if one actually put you aside you have multiple chances from other recruiters. 1-1, but you have multiple to make it better. I think should should narrow it down where you want to teach so you have a great experience.
