Does anyone know is it possible to get the ingredients and if so, where, to make brown bread. I need things like bread soda, buttermilk, wheat germ, wholemeal flour.

It's easy to make I've heard but finding buttermilk in Korea won't be easy. I really miss McCambridge whole wheat bread. I haven't been able to find any whole wheat bread here. Crying or Very sad

you should try the russian area in dongdaemun, i hear they have whole wheat bread for pretty cheap. i am also sure you could find it at one of the bakeries in itaewon, there is a nice lil bakery near the intl food store on the hill near the mosque. also maybe get a costco card, they prolly have it there.
