I've kept them in the freezer for the past 7 months, so they should be good. I'd give them to you for a supply of cheese, if you live in the Seoul/Incheon area. I could give you a few to see if they work, then I'd give you the rest and you could make me a cheese whenever you make a batch. I love brie.

that sounds like a good deal. i've never made brie and will have to see what all is involved and if there are any other ingredients that i would need to get a hold of to make it.

the only cheeses i've made have been fresh cheeses that don't need any aging.

sorry for not responding sooner, i had a pretty busy week. i'll spend some time this weekend checking to see if i think it's possible for me to make brie here.

I'm cool with fresh mozzarella if you can't do brie, though would absolutely love you if you made brie or something similar.

We should start a western-foods barter system. Idea

Western-food barter sounds fun! There's a guy I know who makes his own sausages. What can you do?

My husband has been talking about making some cheese soon. He's just been very busy since the school term started again. I'll ask him about it and let you know.

I make crusty breads, refried beans, and a nice French onion soup.

Let me know the next time you have some brie. It was tasty!

Item 115776073 on gmarket looks to be a basic Mozzarella making kit (rennet and acid) from what I can tell from google translate.

I still have all of these vegetable-based rennet tablets, if anyone wants them. I'm not even selling them. I just hate the idea of wasting them. I'll give them to you if you promise to give me some cheese.

I've got some cheese that's almost ready. Bring the tablets when you get your cheese.

Awesome. I can't guarantee that they are still full potency, as they are just over a year old, but they've been in the freezer the whole time. You should probably test a couple with some quick cheese. Figure next week?

If they've been in the freezer they will be fine. No worries.
Next week or the weekend is fine. If you wanna stop by the hogwon in the evening let me know. Or we can meet at the rotary again.
