My K-friend bought a new Dell Inspiron N4110 Notebook online from a seller in Yongsan. I'm assuming it's from one of those vendors in or around Yongsan Station.
But it didn't come with a Windows 7 CD. It has Windows 7 installed on the machine and it has the Product Key sticker on the bottom, but no CD.
It should have come with a Windows Installation CD right? |

No, you didn't get ripped-off. Windows 7 is already installed, that's why there is no Windows Installation CD.
The manual will guide you through the process of making your own Windows Recovery CD's. You will need at least 3 blank DVD's. Maybe as many as 5.
Computer manufacturers have stopped including CD's with your purchase. Sneaky bastards. |

You can also torrent the version of Windows 7 he has. Burn it to a DVD and then just use the key on the bottom of the laptop if you ever need to reinstall Windows.
Don't use the recovery CD is installs a bunch of extra s*** that just slows down the HD and boot time from the get-go. |
