you can't even get authentic mexican food in USA and they neighbor the country. so how the hell you gonna get it here?
you want real Mexican, go south of the boarder! you are only going to find hybrids here. |

| People need to stop complaining. The options may not be great, but they're better than they've ever been. Those of you who have only been here a few years didn't have to face the days of Panchos, which is miraculously still open! |

I agree. I'd even go so far as to say that Seoul now has the best choices for Mexican (or Americanized Texmex slop!) food out of all of East Asia. |

the fresh ingredients are not grown in mexico only dried ingredients would be imported, the water used for cooking would not be mexican either .And that makes a difference believe it or not. |

Yep, nothing quite like that Mexican water.
By the way, surprise surprise, Mexico, being a large country, has regional cuisine.
No reason you couldn't have northern Mexican food in the border states.
Kind of like the ridiculous people who say all American Chinese food is inauthentic just because it's largely from one or two regions (and might have larger meat portions due to wealth) |

So Mexico is the only country that grows onions, beans, tomatoes, etc.?
And Mexican water being special?  Clearly you've never been to Mexico. Even the locals avoid drinking the water there. |
