has anyone shipped house hold items back home?
if so where did you ship to? how much did you pay?
did the company pack everything for you?
was it door to door?
if not a container maybe cubic meter space on a ship etc?
I am looking at prices to see if its worth shipping items or just sell everything off and buy new.. |

I used CIL to ship from Korea to Canada. I shipped 7 cubic meters of household items. TV, sofa, crib, clothes.... they came and packed everything perfectly, clothes included. It is part of their deal, in order to insure everything, they need to pack it.
Door to door delivery took just over 5 weeks, and cost 2 mil. |

Sinnerman, was that 2 million only to Canada or to your hometown in Canada? |

www.cil.co.kr
It was door to door service.
They sent over an appraiser who spoke English very well. They packed my stuff perfectly. I had tons of fragile items that made it home without any problem.
I did get a few cheaper quotes, but I didn't get as good a vibe from them. Some just quoted site unseen, based on CIL's appraisal. |
