Any good beach resorts that will not be crowded?

I'm trying to find a nice weekend beach resort in South Korea, outside of Jeju. The reason for not going to Jeju is that all flights are sold out. Do any of you guys know any good resorts with a nice beach and not crowded?

Deokjeokdo island, about a two hour ferry-ride from Incheon. The beach there is incredible, and when I went last year for Chuseok there was NO ONE there.
