Suppose your contract ends but you stick around at your hagwon for an extra few months - should the hagwon pay your severance bonus once your contract end date arrives, even though you are still working another few months?[/u] |

yes, once you pass a year labor law dictates you are paid one twefth of your most recent contract rate for each month of a partial year |

Where is this stated in Labour law? I looked through the entire document and could only find pay-outs after each consecutive year, not month. |
