I feel a sickness coming on and I don't want to get sick.
What is the best thing I could do? Eat kimchi? What other foods are good for health?

Samgyetang is pretty healthy, I would imagine. It's just boiled chicken, rice and ginseng in soup.

Yeah, samgyetang or galbi tang......a bit salty maybe, but the broth is very nutritious.

If you get too sick to go out you can have them delivered.

If you really don't want to get sick then stop thinking that you're getting sick.

1. Yes, Kimchi, both cabbage and radish, is extremely healthy.

2. Sollungtang---if it is real, long-simmered bone broth, is extremely nutritious with lots of minerals and collagen.

3. Any seafood.

4. Oysters (huge amounts of zinc) and beef liver (huge amounts of copper, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin A.)

5. Citrus fruits for Vitamin C.

6. Try to get as much afternoon sunlight as you can right now--that way you store up some Vitamin D before winter hits.

7. Sea vegetables of various types.

8. The raw garlic that comes with things like Samgyupsal.

Good luck!

Eat a few oranges daily, and take a vitamin. I hope you're feeling better soon!

i would go a step further off of this and say eat many different kinds of fruit, true fruit isnt cheap here BUT believe me, you can find it if you look. Bunches of bananas for 1000 won, apples, oranges, kiwi, and grapes will get you full of vitamins. eat them and some people may disagree but eat some kind of spicy soup or meat food like Jjim Dalk 짐닭 or Hae jang gook, or sam gye tang. My mother (korean woman and best cook to me lol) always made me eat spicy foods and they helped me to literally sweat away any sickness. i also eat tons of fruit a week

hope ya get better
