|

hi all,
if any of the forum experts could please advise...
what address do you enter into the billing address field when making internet credit card purchases, if using a korean credit card?
.......i rang KEB and said they they create bank account using a hangul korean address. i asked to have my address entered in english, but the operator said that was not possible.
...so how do you go about making sure the address you type in on internet site matches the address on file at the bank?
most internet sites wont authorize a credit card payment if the correct billing address is not entered...
am planning to get a KEB bank credit card so that i can make purchases online (cheaper that sending money back to australia and using my australian credit card)...
thanks for any answers |

You just type in your Romanized Korean address when you make payment on non-Korean websites. As far as your house no. or building/apartment no. plus postcode match up with credit card company's database, you don't usually have any problem getting your transaction authorized. (This is coming from using a KEB MasterCard for a decade or so) |
