I have a two bedroom villa for rent. It is on the 1st floor (second floor as there is a basement apartment below) and located inbetween DaeBang Station and Noryangjin Station. The key money is ten million and rent is 600,000won a month. Pets are allowed. It is a quiet Korean neighborhood and close to a major bus line, five minutes walk from Daebang Station, 10 minutes walk from Noryanjin and 20 minutes walk from Yeouido. I have lived here for a year and a half and am looking for someone to take over my lease.

| The lease ends in July but if you wanted to sign a one or two year lease, all options are available. |
