Ttompatz is a regular columnist for the KOTESOL magazine, The English Connection. His column is called "Expat Life."

In the summer issue Ttompatz wrote about the E2 visa changes. You can read his article on page 29 here: http://www.koreatesol.org/TEC/TECSummer2011.pdf

In the fall issue Ttompatz wrote about winter vacation destinations. You can read his article on page 29 here: http://www.koreatesol.org/TEC/TECAutumn2011.pdf

For the winter issue Ttompatz will be sharing information regarding the National Pension Service and the National Health Insurance Corporation. That issue will be available in December.

If you have any suggestions or specific topics that you would like Ttompatz to address in future columns, please let us know. Thanks.

Cool.

How about the topic of money and vacation time. Current salaries (and the increase thereof?), salary expectations, increase vacation time periods, etc.

Thanks

The PDFs are big. I crashed trying to load the first one.

How about some text-only versions?

The links are not just my column but the entire KOTESOL magazine in PDF format.

They are big (80-odd megs each) and I suspect that they weren't prepared for the demand and choked the server when they published the links.

BEST option is to right click the link and save the file. When it is downloaded you can open and read it.

Depending on time of day and demand it can take from 10-40 minutes to download each one of them.
