I am trying to register my user card for when I play darts with phoenixdart.kr, but when I go to register I put in my name and SSN, but it still isn't working. Could someone give me a hand?

are you using internet explorer? I won't process if you're using Chrome, Firefox...

You're not using your SSN are you? You mean ARN, don't you?

Yeah I had the same problem.

I tried to use ARC for registration but it wasn't accepted.

I finally registered using a Korean friends I.D number.

Good luck.

I just asked a lady at work to help me and got it solved. Apparently I had to create another account at a different website and that was the problem I was having.

I'm not sure if this helps, but when I got a new card after the phoenix II machines came out and they changed the website around a bit I had to re-enter my name and registration number. I had a lot of trouble at first and it turned out to be the way I was typing my name. I can't remember if this is exactly right, but try typing your name with no spaces, last name first. I think this is what finally worked for me.
