Can anyone point me in the right direction. I need to know what steps are involved in getting my documents together. Any help is appreciated.

local RCMP for a background check.
get a notary to make a certified copy of your degree.
Check which consulate has jurisdiction over your area of residence (probably Montreal if you are in the maritimes.

See what else they want (things like a copy of your transcript) for the verification/certification process of your documents.

Submit the docs + fee for consular certification.

When you get them back with the certification stamps...scan them and attach to your applications.
