I'm curious about how those extroverts go about teaching here.

Planning, preparation, reflection on lessons are things extroverts shy away from.

So how do you manage it? Do you just go in half cocked all day?

I was poking fun at the OP of the other thread, who seemed to have some misunderstandings about Introversion.

Obviously it is a spectrum and most fall somewhere between two extremes. But Introversion isn't about not liking people at all. It is more about getting more energy from inside thoughts and time alone rather than interaction with others. For me interaction with others is an enjoyable, though draining experience. While time alone isn't always enjoyable, but I always feel recharged afterwards.

Yes, most extroverts have a hard time understanding introverts.

I usually describe my introversion as a battery. The more push my thoughts and emotions outside of myself my battery drains. Eventually I need to go home and plug-in, i.e. have alone time so I can evaluate my thoughts.
