Hi! First post!
I'm wondering if someone could advise me about what electrical devices I can bring from the UK and use with plug adapter.. all, some, none?

My guess is that things with external A/C adapters (like laptops etc.) would generally be ok.. but perhaps not for other appliances (like hairdryers).

Also, would it be safe to use an plug adapter to use a UK 4-way multiplug and then fill it with UK appliances?

Thanks in advance!

Ian

From the Uk, the voltage is the same: 220-250VAC but the frequency is a bit off (you use 50hz and Korea is 60hz).

It won't make any difference to electrical stuff like a hairdryer or battery charger but your electric clock may run fast.

Yes, you can bring a power bar for your UK stuff and just get a plug adapter for the end of it.

Korea uses European-style plugs, so just buy a few UK-to-EU plug adaptors and you'll be fine.
