First, sorry for bringing up Chuseok 11 1/2 months early.
In 2012 Chuseok will be on Sept 30, on a Sunday. So what days off do Koreans take if Chuseok is on a Sunday. It's usually a 3 day event right, so they would only get a 3 day weekend next year? It's a really bummer when it lands on the weekend. I guess Tuesday or Thursday gets you a 5 day weekend?
I am wanting to go home for my Dad's birthday and it is near Chuseok for 2012, so just curious how much school I would miss if I did go home. School as in me studying Korean in university, not teaching (that semester).
Thanks, |

Saturday, Sunday, Monday then...which works out well for me, as I work Sunday to Thursday...though it could be better, as when it falls on a Monday or Wednesday.... |
