I've tried booking on both airlines' Web sites with my US credit cards...but the transactions never go through. So now I'm thinking I might be better off booking through a travel agent. Does anyone know of a Seoul travel agent who can obtain tickets on Air Asia or Cebu Pacific? |

Cebu pacific has a ticket office in Seoul. It is at Gwanhwamun (purple line) (across from the art gallery and kitty corner from the Kyobo building). 9th floor. Cash is prefered but the last time I was there I was able to use my Samsung C/C.
They don't use agents.
You can also book and buy on-line if you have a credit card.
Don't know about Air Asia at the moment. |

I think you can only book Air Asia through the airline. Had a similar problem with online booking. I was using a Korean credit card, and booked Seoul-KL fine, but KL-Denpasar wouldn't work. I did it on the mobile site and it worked fine. I think there's some kinda SE Asian certification on the regular site that won't work with other cards, but the mobile site doesn't have it. |

Which, I did on my phone, but I think you can do it on your computer if you put "m." before the regular address.... |
